No. Each person may hold only one active account on agvtoto. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity, email address, or payment method is a breach of our terms and may result in all accounts being suspended without refund. We use identity-verification and device-tracking tools to detect duplicate accounts.

Payments and transactions
If your deposit does not credit your agvtoto account within the normal processing window, check these steps. First, verify that your payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, your bank, or online payment provider) confirms the transaction was sent. If your provider shows the money was deducted but agvtoto did not receive it, this is a payment-processor issue—contact your provider first.
If your provider confirms the transaction did not go through at all, you were likely not charged. Try depositing again with a different method or amount. If you were charged but agvtoto shows no deposit, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and proof from your payment provider. We will investigate and credit your account if the transaction is confirmed on our end.
For withdrawals, similar rules apply: if the money left your agvtoto account but did not appear in your e-wallet or bank account within one to two business days, contact support with your withdrawal reference number. We can check the status and escalate to our payment provider if needed.

When you request a deposit, select "Bank Virtual Account" and choose your bank. We will generate a unique virtual account number (VA) for you. Transfer the deposit amount from your own bank account to this VA within the time window shown (usually two to four hours). The deposit credits your agvtoto account once your bank confirms the transfer to us.
For withdrawals, we send funds back to the same bank account that matches your account holder name on agvtoto. This verification protects against unauthorised transfers. If your withdrawal account differs from your registered name, contact support to update it before requesting a withdrawal. Bank transfers typically take one to two business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
